James Freeman
Managing Director
Executive Member of the Board
James has been involved in the marketing and promotions of
international governments and private companies into major buyer
markets of the USA, UK, Europe and Australasia for over 14 years.
He has run his own and advised other marketing businesses around the
globe. He has worked on specific projects such as full annual
marketing campaigns, large format trade shows and conferences,
tailor-made campaigns to clients to include all varieties of marketing
disciplines and has always carried out this work hands capacity to
ensure results.
James founded International Trade and Development Group Ltd in 2000
after gaining valuable experience working for the premier trade show
and marketing promotions company for Russia, the CIS and other
developing nations ITE Plc. He worked on projects within the building
& construction, motor, travel & tourism and IT industries.
James founded OutsourceWorld in 2000 after seeing the potential in the
outsourcing, BPO and KPO sector and the lack of a neutral platform in
which the industry could promote themselves into the major buyer
markets. In 2005 he negotiated a change in management to the current
team due to a move to the Middle East where he was the Chief Operating
Officer of a major marketing and communications group based in Dubai.
Originally from Australia, he has lived and operated businesses in
London, New York, Dubai and Sydney. James has worked on projects in
Russia, India, Poland, Kazakhstan, China, Oman, UAE, UK, USA and
Australia. He has travelled extensively and built client relationships
in over 32 countries.
Nadine Kennedy
Vice President Marketing Strategy
Executive Member of the Board
Nadine is a highly experienced marketing and campaign strategist in
both above and below the line campaigns. Nadine has been working over
the last 15 years in some of the most awarded marketing and advertising
agencies globally in London, Dubai and Sydney and has has specialized
in first to market technologies and solutions.
Nadine has successfully completed projects for large to medium
corporations and government/not for profit institutions. Previous
clients: Shell, Oxfam, British Airways, Westfield to name a few.
Nadine brings significant experience within
client servicing and project management to EFF as well and her
technical marketing and large format campaign implementation skills
David Etzler
Non Executive Member of the Board
David Etzler is the CEO and Managing Partner of OutsourceWorld, LLC,
the largest outsourcing specific conferences and exhibitions in the
world. David brings over 15 years of business development and
international experience to the project. In addition to being
responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the
OutsourceWorld business, David takes an active role in building
relationships with companies and government agencies in all major
continents. David has worked with the governments of: Mauritius, India,
China, Romania, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ukraine, Malta, Hungary, Mexico,
Guatemala, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Australia, Canada, and
numerous others. David travels extensively all over the world and
frequently speaks at events and government conferences. Through his
role as CEO, David has established relationships with thousands of
CIO’s and buyers of sourced services all over the world.
David’s work history includes founding BDI, an event based business
development agency where he was responsible for the overall operation
of the business. In addition David was an executive at Vitts Networks,
Inc., a regional telecommunications company, where he was responsible
for staffing and managing the entire sales team. Before Vitts, David
worked for Qwest Communications (NYSE:Q) where he was responsible for a
$600M sales and business development division. Prior to Qwest, David
worked at IDT (NYSE: IDT) where he helped this niche
tele-communications firm grow and ultimately go public.
Andrew Forrester
Non Executive Member of the Board
Andrew is the Vice President of Business Development for
OutsourceWorld, LLC. With over 17 successful years of sales and
business development experience, Andrew leads business development
efforts for OutsourceWorld and is primarily focused on country
investment promotion and business development agencies, as well as
regional ICT and CRM associations, working within the ICT enabled
sourced services sector.
Andrew travels extensively throughout the world building and
maintaining relationships with government agencies, investment
promotion agencies and associations in over 30 countries including
India, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, The Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan,
Egypt, Jamaica, Jordan, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius, Argentina,
Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Barbados, El Salvador,
Mexico, Columbia, Latvia, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Hungary, the Czech
Republic, and Poland.
Prior to joining OutsourceWorld as VP of Business Development, Andrew
worked for New Hampshire based Vitts Networks, a regional
telecommunications company where he served as Regional Director of
Sales in a three state territory. Before joining Vitts Networks,
Andrew served as Regional Sales Director for the Mid Atlantic and Mid
Western states for Qwest Communication’s (NYSE:Q) Alternate Channels
division. Andrew’s team was responsible for $300M in annual revenue.
Prior to Qwest Communications, worked as an individual contributor for
New Jersey based Telecommunications Company IDT (NYSE: IDT) in the B to
B Dedicated Access division.
